A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach if solution-focused, brief, strength-based, and client-centered. I have experience working with children and adults dealing with childhood trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and grief, among other problems. I enjoy working with couples and families that want to improve their relationship and connection.
