Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is one of the most courageous investments you can make in yourself. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected from our very first session. Together, we'll work to better understand the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward lasting emotional well-being.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, or feeling overwhelmed, I believe healing begins by understanding your unique story, not simply your symptoms. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, empowering you to build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, improve coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I work from a warm, humanistic approach that honors your lived experience and your inner strengths. You set the pace and the goals; my role is to walk beside you, offering support, insight, and tools that help you move toward the life you want. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and uncover the resilience and clarity already within you. My areas of focus include relationships, anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, career challenges, stress, and grief/loss. I’m also bilingual and can offer therapy in Spanish.

What you can expect from me

My passion for helping others led me to earn graduate degrees in mental health counseling and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Growing up internationally and working with people from many cultures in New York City shaped my deep appreciation for diversity and the unique stories each person carries. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or seeking a stronger sense of direction in life, I am here to support you with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care.
