Great to meet you!

I'm Claudia, and am happy to help explore what is holding you back from a satisfying life, with understanding, thoughtfulness, a clinical background, and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Anxiety, depression, dissatisfactory connections, life transitions are specialties of mine. My mission is to provide you with a respectful, safe, and judgement free atmosphere, coupled with proven modalities, so understanding and growth can occur.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a collaborative experience. Once a trusting rapport is established, we follow the pace, timeline, and goals you have determined to be comfortable. Experiencing healthier reactions to a previously triggering event is a liberating life event. As goals are accomplished, clients feel more competent and courageous to expand their comfort zone. Relief and hope replace the angst, most clients struggle with.
