Great to meet you!

As a therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I aim to help you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered as you navigate life's changes and challenges. Though therapy can be challenging, healing is possible in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New Mexico State University and my experience includes supporting individuals of all ages dealing with trauma, end-of-life issues, grief, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates various techniques grounded in a non-judgmental Christian value system, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and solution-focused therapies. I believe in your potential to uncover true healing by identifying and changing negative behaviors and thoughts that impact your self-view and life outlook.

What you can expect from me

I am deeply committed to journeying with you with openness, curiosity, and compassion. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy into my practice. With CBT, we will work together to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, helping you to develop healthier ways of thinking and acting. On the other hand, ART aims to resolve distressing memories and physical sensations through a combination of relaxation and visualization techniques.
