Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of transformation, resilience, and healing. Just as the butterfly symbolizes growth through change, my practice is dedicated to supporting individuals, families, couples, and groups as they navigate life’s challenges and emerge stronger, more whole, and emotionally empowered.

I provide compassionate, culturally attuned psychotherapy services rooted in depth psychology, trauma-informed care, and holistic practices. My services include individual therapy, family and couples counseling, group facilitation, and consulting to support wellness in schools, community organizations, and clinical settings.

Whether you're facing personal struggles, intergenerational wounds, or seeking support in parenting, identity, or relationships, here, you don’t have to heal alone—your journey matters, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing that healing involves the integration of mind, body, spirit, and community. I honor the whole person and create space for clients to explore not only their emotional and psychological well-being but also their cultural identity, ancestral roots, and spiritual beliefs.

I approach therapy from a place of empowerment, guiding individuals to rediscover their inner strength, resilience, and capacity for transformation. I believe people are not problems to be fixed, but stories waiting to be witnessed and reclaimed.

Creativity plays a powerful role in my work. Whether through storytelling, metaphor, art, or movement, I invite clients to express themselves in ways that go beyond words. I remain open-minded and curious, holding a nonjudgmental stance that welcomes each person’s unique experience.

I bring energy and presence into the room, along with a sense of humor, because I believe laughter, when appropriate, can be deeply therapeutic. It lightens heavy moments and reminds us of the joy that still lives alongside our pain.

Above all, my therapeutic style is relational, intuitive, and attuned to the needs of my clients. I strive to co-create a safe, dynamic space where growth, insight, and healing are possible.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with a deeper connection to themselves, a sense of being truly seen and heard, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My hope is that each session feels like a safe space where healing unfolds, not just through words, but through insight, creativity, and emotional release.

Clients often leave feeling more empowered, aware of their inner strength, and with a renewed sense of clarity or direction. Because I bring a holistic lens, they may also begin to notice patterns in their mind, body, and spirit that are ready to shift. Through our work together, many begin to reconnect with ancestral wisdom, cultural identity, and their capacity for meaningful change.

They can also expect a balance of depth and lightness—laughter, when needed, to break tension, and deep reflection to explore the complexities of their stories. I support clients in integrating their healing into everyday life, ensuring growth continues well beyond the session.
