Great to meet you!

I have 10 years of experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorders, with expertise in Methadone Maintenance Treatment, detox support, clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and group / individual counseling. I also have six years of experience working for the Department of Children and Families, formerly known as DYFS. I provide professional and confidential evaluations for individuals and employers regulated under the Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing program. Whether you need a Return-to-Duty evaluation, follow-up assessment, or initial screening, I’m here to guide you through the process with expertise and care.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps us look at the patterns in our thoughts. I also use Motivational Interviewing, which is a really helpful, conversation-based approach. Everything I do is grounded in a person-centered approach. I am here to support you, not judge or tell you what to do.

What you can expect from me

Substance abuse therapy is a supportive, confidential space where you can talk openly about your experiences with drugs or alcohol without judgment. The goal is not to shame or lecture you, but to help you understand what is going on underneath the surface and build a path toward change that works for you.
