My approach to therapy
As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, I have specialized training that creates a style of counseling different from the typical "talk therapy." In this restorative process, I utilize many modalities like Play Therapy, Sandtray, Internal Family System (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to better help my clients reach the best version of themselves.
