Claudia Pache

I have a diverse background in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in world class residential trauma facilities. I specialize in trauma, sex addiction, body image and eating disorders amongst all age groups.

I provide individualized support. My focus is on empowerment and providing client centered therapy, meeting each individual where they are on their healing journey.

I can help clients reduce depression, build self awareness and better self regulate to help them manage life situations through various approaches including CBT, DBT and somatic approaches. Finding authenticity and feelings of empowerment are take aways from sessions with me.
