My name is Claudia Paez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I trained in Nova South Eastern University. My past work experience includes 12 years of outpatient therapy in community mental health and private practice with adults, adolescents, and children. I also have experience in administrative roles of non-profit organization. My education continues as I am always learning about evidence base approaches for treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am therapist that understands the daily struggles a person can experience; my approach to therapy is trauma informed and goal oriented; I utilize EMDR, CBT and SFBT to help you achieve your goals. This means that I help you explore how the past can affect our present and how you can heal and grow in all areas of your file.
