Like most therapists, my aim is to help you help yourself. What makes my approach unique is I won’t give you advice or tell you how to live your life. Rather, I will support you in empowering yourself to create the life you deserve and want for yourself.

I’m here to join you in your journey of healing and self discovery. Working together, we will uncover the root of your difficulties, helping you find relief.
