Great to meet you!

Hola! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master’s in Psychology and have been practicing for eight years throughout the state and seventeen years’ experience in the mental health field. I have experience working with high-risk cases, first generation born in the United States, working with veterans and law enforcement, correctional facilities and hospital settings.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a one size fits all. My approach varies depending on the needs and situation. I will provide you with a welcoming, non-judgmental environment in hopes of offering a safe place to share yourself. Sometimes, I will listen, others I may challenge you, but I will be there supporting you.

What you can expect from me

I provide support individuals of all ages with increase to insight and decrease of undesired symptoms. I also work with couples and family through a therapeutic approach in assisting in growing within the family dynamic.
