Great to meet you!

I am psychologist who has earned the trust of clients, who have given me the opportunity to support them through life-changing and life-saving transformations. This work is sacred to me and so is every life I touch.

I am a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in clinical psychology. I hold a master's and a doctorate degree in multicultural clinical psychology. I completed my degrees and clinical training at institutions accredited by the American Psychological Association.

My approach to therapy

Together we will create a safe and warm healing relationship, where you feel heard, seen, and deeply known, so that you can heal and grow.

I will begin by listening deeply to you, constantly checking in to make sure that I am "getting" you fully and accurately. Once I have done so, I can then began to offer you guidance, resources, exercises and referrals to other professionals if necessary.

What you can expect from me

My clients report feeling better almost immediately. Most experience a sense of clarity, and relief from anxiety and depression. Those grieving the loss of a loved one or relationship gain clarity, comfort and skills that help them cope. Those experiencing discrimination feel supported and empowered, in the face of these injustices. Clients experience improved self-esteem, healthier habits of mind and body, and many are able to meet personal, career and relationship goals that have eluded them.
