I am an ANCC certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and DNP with graduate degrees from Molloy University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing various complex mental health issues in multiple settings.I approach each patient as a unique individual and tailor care accordingly. My style is all about challenging and empowering my patients while focusing on their needs. I help my patients achieve their highest level of functioning by providing thoughtful, patient‐centered treatment grounded in clinical excellence and collaborative care. I value a coordinated team structure where psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and wellness providers work together on a unified treatment plan so patients can focus on getting better rather than navigating fragmented systems

I have been working in various settings in NY and CT since 2019. My range of experience includes community mental health clinics and inpatient treatment programs, addressing concerns from depression, mood disorders, anxiety, to PTSD. I am dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence‐based mental health care that honors the deep connection between mind and body. I have extensive experience performing psychiatric evaluation and medication management while utilizing holistic modalities such as red-light therapy, Reiki, and meditation.

My clinical approach aligns with the whole‐person philosophy, where psychiatric care, therapy, interventional treatments, and wellness services work together to support meaningful, lasting healing.
