Great to meet you!

HI! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and former coach & teacher. I have a M.S. in Psychology from Cal Southern University. I'm a husband and dad of 2 kids, I like to stay active and enjoy most any activity outdoors. My main focus is treating clients with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized, strength based, and solution focused. I see my role as your teammate or partner. We work together to build off of strengths instead of focusing areas that aren't as strong. I am here to listen and provide support, while simultaneously challenging you as we seek resolutions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is your opportunity to identify what you hope to achieve in therapy and share your personal story in a safe and judgment free environment. This will provide the foundation for us to begin our journey together as we figure out the goals we want to achieve and discover effective ways to manage the anxiety and stress that we experience in our lives.
