Great to meet you!

Have you you reached a point where something needs to change, but you’re not sure what direction to take? You might feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of your next step, even if things look fine on the surface.

I’m Clayton Beaulieu, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in life transitions. I work with young adults and athletes who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of their next step during major life transitions.

You may find yourself overthinking, lacking direction, or struggling to take action even when you know what you “should” be doing. My goal is to help you gain clarity, work through difficult emotions, and start moving forward towards a meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is values-based and focused on helping you build self-awareness, clarity, and direction. I help you slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

Our work will focus on identifying unhelpful patterns, feeling and making sense of difficult emotions, and creating a path forward that feels both purposeful and realistic for your day to day life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental conversation about what’s been going on in your life, what feels difficult right now, and what you want to change.

We’ll start identifying patterns, clarifying your goals, and getting a sense of what matters most to you. You’ll leave with a clearer direction and a starting point for moving forward.
