Great to meet you!

I’m a board certified psychiatrist who places a high value on both psychotherapy and evidence-based medication management. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma and PTSD, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

When we meet, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, your history, and what you’d like to change or improve. I try to listen carefully and understand the full picture before making recommendations.

Treatment may include medication, therapy, or both, depending on what makes the most sense for you. The goal is to help you feel more stable, think more clearly about what you’re dealing with, and handle challenges in a way that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel comfortable speaking openly about what you’re experiencing. Sessions should feel like a place where you can talk honestly without worrying about being judged.

Your well-being stays at the center of the work we do together.
