Great to meet you!

I am a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence‐based care for individuals across the lifespan. My practice centers on building a therapeutic alliance with each of my clients, understanding each person’s story, and creating treatment plans that honor their goals, strengths, and lived experiences. I integrate medication management with supportive psychotherapy, trauma‐informed care, and a holistic perspective that considers the mind–body connection. My mission is to help patients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I center my work around five holistic pillars—nutrition, exercise, sleep, community, and enrichment—because I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just their symptoms. These pillars help me get to know who my clients are, what supports them, and what gets in the way of their well‐being. By exploring their social, physical, and emotional needs through this lens, I’m able to partner with them for an individualized plan of care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a chance for us to understand what brought you in and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk about the concerns that matter most to you right now, and then gently step back to look at the bigger picture—your life experiences, the supports you’ve had, and the challenges that may still be shaping your mental health. From there, we’ll begin outlining a plan of care together, which may include medication when it’s appropriate and helpful. I also draw from my five holistic pillars—nutrition, exercise, sleep, community, and enrichment—to understand what strengthens you and where you may need support. You won’t need to share every detail; I’m simply getting a sense of your story so we can start building a path toward healing.
