I believe our whole job here on earth is to seek insight, realize our liberation, grow, change, and build a more loving relationship with ourselves and our world. Nothing excites me more than to work alongside folks as they discover what this means for them.
Above all, I am a strengths-based provider. Even behaviors that trip us up always start as attempts to care for ourselves. I have deep experience navigating trauma and grief, cultivating them toward self-discovery and freedom. I utilize a number of approaches, from EMDR to narrative therapy, to CBT and others, weaving them into sessions organically, relevant to your focus.
My priority is to make sure our first session is unhurried. It is the first opportunity we have to build the trust we need to do the work and I treat it that way. I want to hear your story and to take the time to briefly introduce my style so you can decide for yourself if the fit feels right.
