Great to meet you!

I believe, above all, that we humans here on earth are "engines for becoming". Our whole job here is to seek insight, realize our liberation, grow, transform, and build a more loving relationship with ourselves and our world. Nothing excites me more than to work alongside folks as they discover what this means for them.

My approach to therapy

Above all, I am a strengths-based provider. I believe that even the behaviors we engage in that may be tripping us up always, always start as attempts to care for ourselves. I have loads of experience navigating trauma and grief, cultivating that rich soil toward self-discovery and freedom. I make use of a number of approaches, from EMDR to narrative therapy, to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and many others and I weave them into the session in organic ways that feel relevant.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to make sure our first session is unhurried. It is the first opportunity we have to build the trust we need to do the work and I treat it that way. I want to hear your story and to take the time to briefly introduce my style so you can decide for yourself if the fit feels right.
