Great to meet you!

I bring more than 35 years of experience supporting people through mental health and substance use challenges. My approach is grounded in building a trusting relationship where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe therapy works best when you have space to guide the conversation toward what feels most important, confusing, or missing in your life. I specialize in mental health counseling, substance use, addiction, and dual diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

At different points in life, it’s natural to feel lost or overwhelmed. You do not have to work through that alone. I work with clients to better understand what they’re experiencing, develop healthier coping tools, and move toward greater stability, clarity, and healing. I use CBT, eclectic, and person centered approaches.

What you can expect from me

I typically ask what challenges they’re facing and what they hope to achieve from our time together. I also ask what they’re not looking for in a therapist or in therapy.
