Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who brings both clinical depth and real-world leadership experience into the therapy space. In addition to providing direct care, I have served in executive behavioral health leadership roles, which gives me a unique understanding of stress, responsibility, burnout, and the weight that high achieving individuals often carry.

My professional background includes outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient care, crisis support, integrated behavioral health, and substance use treatment. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, professional stress, leadership demands, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. I have particular experience supporting professionals, healthcare leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals who are often the strong one for everyone else.

I am deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I strive to create a culturally responsive and affirming space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and understood. I recognize that identity, culture, race, gender, and lived experience shape how we move through the world, and we intentionally make space for that in our work together.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith integrated therapy. I am a believer and am comfortable incorporating prayer and spiritually grounded conversations into sessions when aligned with your values and goals. Faith is never imposed, but it is available as a strength-based resource for those who want it included.

Above all, I am direct, compassionate, and fully present. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, reflective, challenged, and supported all at the same time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, insight-oriented, and results-driven. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful. I balance warmth with directness. We will explore patterns, identify barriers, and build practical strategies that create meaningful and sustainable change. I believe in helping clients develop clarity, emotional regulation skills, and self-awareness, while also addressing the deeper narratives that shape behavior and relationships.

I view therapy as both a space for healing and a strategic partnership. My goal is to help you not only feel better, but function better, personally, relationally, and professionally.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We will discuss your current challenges, relevant history, and the goals you would like to work toward.

The conversation is structured yet natural. I will ask thoughtful questions, offer initial insights, and begin identifying a clear path forward. Most importantly, the first session is about ensuring you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving ahead together.
