Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a safe place to breathe, reflect, and grow. I work with kids, teens, and adults, especially those dealing with trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming life stress. I’ve spent years supporting youth in foster care, and that experience has shaped my belief that healing happens through connection, consistency, and compassion.

In our work together, you can expect a mix of practical tools, honest conversation, and a focus on helping you understand yourself more clearly. I use CBT and trauma‐informed approaches, but I tailor every session to what you need most. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and more in control of your story.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely understood and supported. My approach blends trauma‐informed care with practical skill‐building, helping clients make sense of their experiences while developing tools to navigate daily life.

I work at your pace, offering a balance of insight, reflection, and concrete strategies. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your story, build resilience, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of trust. I’ll invite you to share what’s been going on, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to feel or experience differently. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — we explore it together.

We’ll talk about what you need most right now, what you want from therapy, and how we can work together in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
