Great to meet you!

I am a veteran, a father, a husband, and a man of faith. Like many of the clients I work with, I know what it means to face hardship, carry loss, and keep moving forward even when life feels heavy. My own experiences have shaped the way I show up as a therapist — with humility, compassion, honesty, and respect for each person’s story. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever season of life you are in. Whether you are dealing with grief, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to sort through it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: I meet you where you are. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, steady space where you can speak openly, be heard without judgment, and work through what matters most to you. Together, we will focus on your needs, your goals, and the kind of support that feels most helpful for you. Some clients need space to process. Others need encouragement, perspective, practical tools, or help finding a path forward. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that feels grounded, respectful, and built around you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming conversation. I am easy to talk to, a good listener, and I believe warmth and even humor can have a place in healing. You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in — just come as you are. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been carrying, and what you hope to get out of our work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged that change is possible.
