Great to meet you!

I am a warm and energetic therapist who believes in a holistic path to growth and balance for all. I believe healing involves the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-and I love helping people discover their strengths, reconnect with themselves, and find more balance in daily life. Whether that is in the therapist office, on the basketball court, soccer field, and in other sports arenas for youth my approach is supportive, collaborative and grounded in genuine care. I am holistic therapist and coach who will meet you where you are at.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to best support each client's unique needs. I often incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), along with other holistic and integrative methods. This flexibility allows me to tailor sessions in a way that is collaborative, compassionate, and effective. My goal is to help clients build resilience, deepen Self-awareness, and create lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools and strategies for navigating challenges, a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and greater confidence in your ability to cope and grow. By drawing from an eclectic mix of approaches-including CBT, CPT, DBT, and other integrative methods-I tailer therapy to your unique needs and goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and better equipped to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
