Great to meet you!

I have worked for 14 years in the mental health field and 10 years as a therapist. My passion is providing hope and encouragement to individuals and families struggling with the stressors of life. I earned by Masters in Professional Counseling form Lindsey Wilson College in 2016. I was raised in the rural country of Kentucky and have been living in Florida since 2017, where I am currently licensed as Mental Health Counselor.

My approach to therapy

Offering evidence-based cognitive behavioral and solution focused brief therapy. Utilizing acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation skills is the core of my helping style. I believe with empathic and skilled support anyone can achieve dramatic change.

What you can expect from me

My ideal client will be imperfect, anxious, and/or having some problem they find difficult to solve. They will have the need to be heard in safe space for processing their problem and open to previously unforeseen solutions.
