Great to meet you!

I have experience working with diverse clients and approach talk therapy with curiosity, warmth, and an authentic interest in the lives of others. It is my strongly held belief that meaningful change occurs when individuals are supported in their self-discovery, recognizing that they are the experts in their own experiences.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a trauma-informed, integrative approach, drawing from narrative therapy, family systems, and psychodynamic theory. In therapy, I support and encourage an interactive and collaborative approach to emotional work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your background, family constellation, and the key experiences that have shaped you. We’ll also explore current stressors and begin identifying preliminary goals for therapy. This session helps us build a foundation for our work together and ensures that your therapeutic journey is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in your unique story.
