Great to meet you!

Life has shown up, and you might feel depressed, anxious, lonely, or angry. You could be struggling in your relationships. Are you using drugs or alcohol to cope with life? Do you have unresolved grief, trauma, or shame? Do you allow your emotions to control you? If you can relate to these questions, you’ve found the right place. You’ve taken the first step towards self-healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

For nine years, I have treated clients with depression, anxiety, relational issues, anger issues, sex and substance addictions, PTSD, and chronic mental health diagnoses to make lasting positive changes. Having processed many of life’s problems myself, I can empathize and relate to most issues and connect with almost anyone. Working together, we will assess your current situation, process your past, and establish objectives to accomplish your goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients report they have experienced a revitalized relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them. They resolve their current issues to better navigate feelings, relationships, and life’s challenges. In therapy, I provide a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental environment and use evidence-based therapies to help you meet your goals.
