I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, relationship and attachment concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck despite outward success and are looking for practical tools to improve emotional regulation, focus, and relationships.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Sessions focus on both insight and action, with an emphasis on building skills that translate into real-world change between sessions.
I specialize in helping clients improve anxiety and overthinking, ADHD-related focus, organization, and impulsivity, relationship patterns, boundaries, and attachment dynamics. Many of my clients are high functioning adults dealign with life transitions and stress management.
I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and behavioral change. I also incorporate lifestyle factors such as sleep, movement, and daily routines when relevant to mental health and functioning.
We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to change. We’ll explore your history and begin identifying your helpful and unhelpful patterns. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns and how they’re affecting your daily life, relationships, and functioning and begin identifying initial goals for treatment. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what we’ll focus on moving forward.
