Great to meet you!

I am a married family man, retired from law enforcement (24 years), prior US Army Combat Medic with one combat tour, prior ER nurse, and current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, caring for patients across the lifespan. With my diverse background I have experience and understanding of the demands placed on first responders and veterans. I am experienced working with many trauma patients and can help these patients. I can also help with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, and many other mental health concerns, with a calm and compassionate demeanor.

My approach to therapy

I treat the whole person, both with medications and therapy. Using a nonjudgmental style, I will provide solutions and then we can decide together which treatments suit your needs.

What you can expect from me

We will discuss your mental and physical health and discuss how and where you would like me to help you. The process will move carefully, with a strong basis in evidence-based medicine and safety. Never rushed, never judgmental, always compassionate and caring in nature.
