Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who provides individualized, thoughtful care. I treat a wide range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, mania, and substance use. In addition to my work as an inpatient psychiatrist at St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester, I also provide outpatient psychiatric care through both telehealth and in-person visits. My goal is to offer care that’s both precise and genuinely attuned to you.

My approach to therapy

I take time to understand each person fully and tailor treatment to their specific needs. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy, with a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and meaningful growth. I aim to build a steady, respectful partnership where we work together toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and clarify what brings you to care. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to create a clear plan moving forward. My priority is to provide a calm, respectful environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and leave with a sense of direction.
