Great to meet you!

Over 15+ years experience. I have helped individuals through a variety of difficult life circumstances (e.g. addiction, anxiety, depression, divorce, difficult life circumstances, and relationship challenges, etc.). I have experience with outpatient, intensive outpatient and inpatient settings. I specialize in solution-focused and goal-oriented approaches. Clients can expect compassionate support and a collaborative journey towards lasting well being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients can expect a combined solution-oriented and client-collaborative approach that aims to create a therapeutic environment that is respectful, empowering, and focused on the client's active participation in finding solutions to the challenges they face.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to develop a deeper understanding of oneself, including emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and can empower clients to make informed choices and navigate challenges more effectively. As well as, learning and practicing effective coping strategies equips clients with tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
