Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has been practicing mental health in a variety of roles for over 8 years! I love working with those who have difficulties around feeling overwhelmed by life’s uncertainty and want to seek their true strength and purpose. With my help, you will begin to make the changes necessary to be the own agency of change to your issue as and enact your purpose in life!

My approach to therapy

The treatment methods i prefer to use in my therapy are the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I feel that by focusing on how the messages we tell ourselves, the way we think about our problems, and the behavioral responses to our various dilemmas are largely responsible for our difficulties. Learning how to challenge and alter our responses to these problems is key!

What you can expect from me

You can expect to work towards unpacking the various issues you would like to resolve, and filter those issues in a way that helps us identify in rank order the issues we would be able to address with a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan.
