Cody Goers

I am an LGBT identifying therapist. I have been working in the mental health field for over two years in residential and community mental health settings. Which has provided me with the experience of working with a wide variety of clients.

I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual orientation and gender identity concerns.

I work with clients by empowering my clients by identifying and building on current strengths. I help clients utilize these strengths to work towards developing improvements in their lives. I utilized solution focus, DBT and CBT skills to best empower my clients.

First appointments will be obtaining background information and identifying the clients goal. Follow up appointments clients will be empowered to make changes in their lives that align with their personal values to assist them in achieving the goals set in the first appointment.
