Great to meet you!

With over nine years of community-based therapy experience in Los Angeles County, I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and a wide range of mental health needs. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping clients build insight, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier perspectives through cognitive reframing, and build effective coping skills to navigate daily life challenges. Using psychoeducation and a variety of evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful, lasting change and support them in reaching their treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know each other as we go through your paperwork and questionnaires so we can develop your treatment goals.
