Great to meet you!

As a therapist with more than 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ individuals working to manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, life transitions, or the stress of balancing life's demands. I work with adults seeking greater clarity, emotional well-being, and personal growth, and I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating diverse relationship structures. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and elements of IFS to support meaningful and lasting change for individuals in Colorado and Massachusetts.

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're facing a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a getting to know each other and what brings you to our session. We'll discuss expecations and boundaries for therapy to make sure you feel secure and safe as we start working together. I enjoy getting to know your past experiences that shaped who you are today and where you would like to go in the future.
