Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself, you’re not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life stress, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment and feel genuinely seen and understood. Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and centered around helping you feel safe enough to begin making meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe healing happens when you feel supported, not pushed, so we move at a pace that feels right for you. I use approaches like EMDR and Brainspotting to help process deeper experiences, while also offering practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges. Our work together is a partnership, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and help you reconnect with your strengths in a way that feels natural and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, and that’s completely normal. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other in a relaxed, supportive way. You can share as much or as little as you’d like, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and begin creating a path forward together. My goal is for you to leave feeling more at ease, supported, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
