Great to meet you!

I work with individuals of all ages, from children as young as six to older adults, across a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma. My telehealth practice is based in Kansas, and I am currently building my outpatient caseload with availability on Fridays, evenings, and weekends. I believe that feeling truly heard is one of the most important parts of care, and I work to make every session a space where that happens. Medication management, when needed, is thoughtful and tailored to each person's life and goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, open approach to psychiatric care, meeting each person where they are without assumptions about who they should be or what they need. I listen closely and work collaboratively to find a medication plan that fits each person's specific circumstances and daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a 30-minute intake where I take time to understand your history, your goals, and what has brought you here. I want you to feel comfortable sharing what matters most to you. From there, we build a plan together that fits your life and what you are working toward.
