Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Colette, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I recognize that for many people, researching a counselor and beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I look forward to connecting.

Grief work is my passion and a central focus of my practice. I also support clients navigating depression and anxiety, addiction and recovery, maternal mental health, and life transitions.

My goal is to meet you with care, compassion, and steady support, and to offer a space where your experiences can be processed and honored. I believe it is possible to hold both pain and joy.

If it feels right, I invite you to take a deep breath and schedule an appointment with me.

Thank you for reading.

My approach to therapy

We can process the past to see where patterns emerged from, examine thoughts, beliefs, and actions to manage stress in the present, and use mindfulness and CBT tools if desired. Grief work can include trauma support and the opportunity to develop practices and rituals to honor our loved ones and remember to take care of ourselves amid great despair.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect support, compassion, presence, and a feeling of being seen and heard.
