I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia as well as a Certified Master Addiction Counselor. I have been in private practice for 3 years now and for the 5+ years prior to that I have worked in various mental health and substance use treatment settings. My practice focuses on life transitions, substance use concerns/recovery, men's issues, depression, and learning to navigate our world in a more authentic ways.
I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective. I believe you already have the strengths you need to face your concerns - my job is to help you uncover, reconnect, and put them to use. I strive to be fully present with you to truly understand your perspective and be able to help you face life's difficulties.
