Great to meet you!

Hi! My name’s Colin and I’m a Philly-based therapist. I work with introverts and LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing problems within socializing. Whether you’re struggling with social anxiety, setting boundaries, loneliness, isolation, or depression, I’m here to help. I enjoy watching people grow and try out new techniques to improve their lives and relationships.

I've received my Master's degree from Temple University and have worked in the mental health field for 8 years in a variety of settings.

My approach to therapy

I’ve been described as a calm presence, someone who is relatable and humorous. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist. I strive to create a space where we can connect on a human level as two individuals trying to sort through life’s challenges. I help sort through your concerns and explore how they relate to your core self. I use techniques to support you in identifying your goals, aspirations, and values.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients take away a sense of curiosity. Progress isn't always linear and ups and downs will occur, even within therapy. During these times, a sense of curiosity (in who you are, how you do things, of the outcomes from trying new things, and many others) will carry us through.

I will be there alongside you as a collaborative guide to help manage your concerns while also working together to build a more fulfilling life.
