I believe that the therapeutic journey is important in discovering who you are at the core. I offer judgment free counseling that works at your pace and utilizes your interests. Geek Therapy is a modality that I often use which incorporates interests such as comics, movies/tv, video games and more into treatment along with DBT, and mindfulness. Sessions with me have as much structure as you need in order to thrive in the therapeutic relationship.

At the end of sessions you might take away some topics to think about, homework, and hopefully a better understanding of you. I do not provide homework every session, however, sometimes homework helps us continue to grow outside of the session.
