Great to meet you!

Clinical therapy originally appealed to me because I realized one of life's undeniable truths: all people will experience adversity. I appreciate each individual's unique dynamic, and I am dedicated to providing the necessary resources for people experiencing hardship. My true passion lies in my work with each client, and I believe proper guidance and support are necessary to guarantee positive outcomes in life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, teens, and individuals struggling with narcissistic relationships, domestic violence, PTSD and CPTSD, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and difficulties while in school.

What you can expect from me

My primary intent with each of my clients is to play an active role in their improvement by offering compassion, consistency, and stability. I strive to help my clients develop healthy coping skills, heal from trauma, and successfully manage anxiety and depression.
