Great to meet you!

I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns that feel difficult to shift, and challenges related to emotional processing and integration. Many clients come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they feel stuck or want support in moving through experiences that have been hard to resolve.

Prior to private practice, I worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I earned my BFA at The Ohio State University and MA in Art Therapy and Counseling from Ursuline College. I enjoy art, nature, yoga and time with my dogs & family.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in EMDR for adults seeking focused, evidence-based treatment. My work is grounded in relational and attachment-informed psychology, with thoughtful attention to how emotional experiences are processed and integrated over time.

I offer EMDR therapy and tailor the approach to each client’s pace and needs. Therapy is collaborative, structured, and individualized. When clinically appropriate, I incorporate relational and sensory-informed techniques to support regulation, focus, and continuity during EMDR processing, while maintaining a clear and contained therapeutic frame.

I do offer traditional psychotherapy, and I am a trained Gottman Couples Psychotherapist.

Sessions are offered via secure telehealth.
