Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health industry since 2005. I launched into this career as a mental health professional eager to learn and excited to make an impact in our society and culture. I have been blessed to learn so many different modalities that truly bring healing to those who are willing to risk vulnerability and live to their greatest potential. On this journey I have been able to work with a variety of ages and backgrounds. They have all one thing in common- finding their way back to their authentic selves. I am blessed to have been able to accompany so many people on their healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

I approach each session and client with openness, collaboration and energy. I oscillate between guidance/coaching and collaborative questioning to get a client where they want to be. I am interested in where clients want to go while also providing expert skills and guidance to create the outcomes clients are searching for. I am active and engaged to get you to your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to spend time exploring their background and story. I aim to truly understand both the present, as well as the past. I will present my assessment and ensure we are collaborative on diagnosis, as well as next steps towards building a treatment plan. I ensure we move at your pace and comfort as we create a structured idea of where to start.
