Great to meet you!

I help high-achieving, perfectionistic adults who are tired of chasing down the next goal just to feel like they're "enough." If you struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, or tying your self-worth to how much you accomplish, you're not alone—and you're in the right place to address it. My clients are often the ones everyone else depends on. They seemingly thrive on doing it all but struggle behind closed doors to feel that they're ever enough. Often they come from toxic childhoods and worry about the example they're setting for their own kids. They might have just had their first panic attack, taken their first leave of absence, or otherwise have recently realized they are deeply anxious. They're also quick to say they don't feel "entitled" to have a reason to be unhappy. In therapy, we work to quiet the inner critic, set boundaries without guilt, and make space for a life that feels more balanced and meaningful—not just busy.

I hold a master's degree in social work from the clinically-renowned Loyola University Chicago. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona. I contribute my clinical skills outside of therapy as well, as an instructor to current master's social work students at Arizona State University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused CBT. My style is warm and engaging, with a light-hearted, grounded energy. I bring a direct approach when needed, always balanced by compassion and a sense of humor. And I focus on keeping therapy an ego-free zone where you can show up and not mask your way through another interaction.

What you can expect from our first session

You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through life worried you aren't good enough. If you're ready to stop living for everyone else and start connecting with who you are—not just what you can offer others—I'd be honored to work with you.
