Great to meet you!

I genuinely think that therapy works! Sessions with me will be genuine, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 15+ years of experience providing therapy. I have worked with all types of clients over the years and have specialized training in maternal mental health, early childhood mental health, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I take a solution-focused approach to therapy, working with you to find pathways to better understanding and progress toward your stated goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, with a strong focus on evidence-based care. I work with you to define clear, realistic goals and draw from approaches that have been shown to help—like cognitive-behavioral strategies, attachment work, and trauma-informed care. At the same time, I stay centered on who you are as a person, not just a list of symptoms. Therapy with me is an active process where we reflect, adjust, and grow together, always with your values and progress in mind.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard and seen, with tools and strategies to effect the change they desire.
