I am a therapist with 23 years of experience in the realm of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. I am recognized for being an experienced, empathetic, down-to-earth, and kind mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction issues, relationship issues, and parenting concern. I also helped many people who have experienced emotional abuse.

My approach to therapy

I am specifically trained in addiction and have worked with clients in all stages of life. My clinical experience includes the use of CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices in the treatment of clients. My counseling style is sincere and collaborative.
