Hi, I’m Colleen. I’m the Therapist’s, therapist. This niche was carved out for me, and I’ve decided to make it my goal to help as many providers as possible using skills we all tell our clients about, but struggle doing ourselves. Whether it’s cognitive restructuring you need, or some help with cognitive dissonance, I can help! I have experience with severe depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety and some of the co-occurring issues such as addiction.
