Great to meet you!

I believe that one of the bravest and most meaningful steps a person can take is beginning to understand their own story. My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the interconnected nature of emotional, mental, and personal well-being.

I am committed to meeting you where you are, working collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for you. Together, we can explore and address the challenges that may be impacting your growth and well-being.

I look forward to partnering with you to gain deeper insight, foster meaningful change, and help shape the future you envision for yourself.

My approach to therapy

Because every individual is unique, I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I tailor my approach to your specific needs, strengths, and goals to create a supportive and personalized therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what has brought you to therapy. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll discuss your current concerns, life experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Most importantly, you can expect to be met with compassion, understanding, and genuine support. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, valued, and reassured that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
