Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, trauma, panic disorders, relationship challenges, and the particular weight that comes with being a woman managing too much at once. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in Utah, and I offer all sessions via telehealth — so wherever you are in the state, you can access consistent, quality care without rearranging your whole schedule. I bring a wide range of evidence-based tools to every session, including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, SFBT, REBT, Gestalt, and Motivational Interviewing. That breadth matters because no two people struggle the same way — my job is to find the right fit for you, not apply a one-size approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it's direct, honest, and grounded in what's actually happening in your life — not just theory. We'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build concrete skills you can use between sessions, and move at a pace that feels challenging without feeling overwhelming. I draw from multiple modalities because different problems call for different tools: someone healing from trauma needs a different approach than someone learning to manage ADHD at work, even if both are dealing with anxiety on top of it. I take your goals seriously, and I'll tell you honestly when something isn't working so we can adjust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about me understanding your story, what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you actually want to feel differently. I'll ask questions, listen carefully, and share my initial thoughts. You won't leave with homework on day one. You will leave with a clearer sense of what we'd work on together and whether I feel like the right fit. First sessions should feel like a good intake, not an interview. If you have questions about how I work or what to expect, bring them — I'd rather we start with honesty than formality.
