With over 25 years of experience in this field, I consider it an honor to be a part of a client's journey through difficult times. Everyone struggles at some point in their lives, and it takes tremendous courage to seek help. I bring compassion, empathy, and solution-oriented focus to each session.

Through my career, I have worked with people of all ages. I specialize in helping clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues (including family and romantic relationships), and issues related to anger management.

I provide a judgement-free space, to ensure clients can share their truest selves.
